Meet Your Mentor

Hi, I’m Juli Greenwald.

I’m passionate about guiding individuals through intentional, embodied healing—blending microdosing, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation to support transformation that feels aligned and real.

My journey began in 2014 teaching vinyasa yoga in San Diego, where I first became curious about the nervous system and the subtle, emotional messages our bodies are constantly sending—signals I used to overlook or dismiss. That curiosity led me to study Yoga Nidra, a restorative meditation practice that helps us access deep states of awareness and embodied calm. In 2017, I became a certified iRest Yoga Nidra Nidra instructor and continued to expand my understanding of mind-body healing through modalities like Mindset Coaching, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and other somatic frameworks.

During those years, my exploration with psychedelics was mostly recreational—occasional experiences at festivals and all in the spirit of fun and youthful merriment. But in 2022, I was drawn toward a more meaningful exploration. I entered into intentional, immersive work and mentorship with a Shamanic healer in the Pacific Northwest. That chapter opened deeper layers of my heart and perception—inviting me into a more expansive relationship with altered states, the natural world, and the shadow aspects of myself. It cracked me open in powerful ways, illuminating my own patterns, inner-wisdom, and capacity for growth. 

In 2025, I earned my certification as a Psychedelic Facilitator through the SoundMind Institute, where I expanded my understanding of somatic education, conscious integration, and ethical facilitation. This training strengthened my ability to guide others with clarity, skill, and respect for the full mind-body experience.

Today, I weave these practices and knowledge into a cohesive, body-centered approach to healing. I offer one-on-one guidance, group experiences, and self-paced tools to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and move through life with greater calm and clarity.
