This 4-week virtual breathwork workshop is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body when you feel stuck in patterns like anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, or shutdown, and learn how to move through those states into a more calm, grounded, and spacious state.

Blending nervous system education, breathwork, and somatic practices, each 1-hour session includes a short teaching and a guided experiential practice so you’re not just learning, you’re actually feeling the shift in real time. Over the course of the series, you’ll begin to recognize your patterns, understand why your thoughts and emotions can feel so intense or repetitive, and learn how to work with your body to regulate your state.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your nervous system, feel less caught in mental loops, and have practical tools to use in the moment so you can respond instead of react. You’ll feel more steady, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through your day with ease rather than overwhelm.

The 4-week Transformation

Week 1: Nervous System Basics + Regulation
Understand what’s happening in your body from a nervous system level and learn how to regulate your state with breath. You leave understanding why sometimes big emotions, reactions, and sensations can feel like they arise out of the blue. You start to notice when you’re getting activated and have a way to shift it, instead of getting pulled into it automatically.

Week 2: Brain Patterns + Overthinking
Explore the Default Mode Network in your brain, learn why you get stuck in thought loops, and how to interrupt them. After this week your thoughts don’t run on autopilot in the same way. You can catch the loop, interrupt the pattern, and change your state.

Week 3: Somatic Tools + Vagus Nerve
Learn how to work directly with your body (through the vagus nerve) and nervous system using breath and sensation. You now have a tool to use in the moment. Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you know how to transform your state to calm and empowered using your body and breath.

Week 4: Integration + Inner Resource
Build internal steadiness and create a sense of grounding you can return to again and again. You feel more steady overall. After this week you have an internal anchor tool you can come back to, even when things feel intense or uncertain.
